Develop your English at your own pace, building your exam skills and confidence in English as you go. The C2 Proficiency Extensive Course is an online preparation course for teachers and professionals who would normally struggle to fit exam preparation into their busy lifestyles. The course has a strong emphasis on communicative English learning, meaning that you’re able to use what you learn in class in a way that is meaningful to you and your goals.
How is the C2 Proficiency Extensive course structured?
Live group sessions
Each week there is a 90-minute live session via Zoom. These sessions are based on a key question which you will use to explore interesting themes and topics using C2 English, as well as develop your exam skills and techniques.
Grammar Guru
The Grammar Guru sessions are separate 1-hour meetings which explore a particular feature of English grammar in depth. These practical sessions are invaluable if you feel a bit rusty about English grammar and how you can use it in the exam.
Guided study suggestions
Each week, you are provided with suggestions for private study, including exercises to continue practising your English.
Mock exams
Complete up to four mock exams during the course, including simulated speaking exam practice.
Tutorials and feedback
You can arrange meetings with your teacher to discuss your progress and help you set goals for your continued learning and development.
When are the C2 Proficiency Extensive classes?
The course will start on Friday 5th July 2024 and runs until Friday 20th June 2025.
